Contract & Sign ("we", "us") provides document preparation, lawyer-drafting coordination and electronic signature services. By using the service you agree to these terms.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where a document is prepared by a licensed lawyer, that lawyer provides services to you under their own professional obligations. We do not represent you in any dispute.
Prices are displayed in USD, EUR or GBP and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. Fixed-scope products include the revisions stated on the product page.
You must provide accurate intake information and have authority to bind any party you name. You are responsible for reviewing the final document before signing.
Because drafting work begins immediately, fees are non-refundable once drafting has started, except where required by law or where we cannot deliver the service.
You consent to conduct transactions electronically. Signatures, consent records and audit events are retained as evidence of the signing process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
